Software subscription terms
Owner sandbox checkoutPrices are USD. Monthly / yearly prices are Starter $49 / $490, Pro $99 / $990, and Advanced $199 / $1,990. No free trial. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown before any purchase. Paid subscriptions renew at the selected monthly or yearly interval until cancelled. Registration creates an account; it does not charge you. Live payment checkout is not yet activated.

Human bookkeeping and live assistance are separately contracted services and are excluded from software subscription checkout. Learn about separate services.
Common questions
Can I change plan later?
Contact support to arrange a plan change. We confirm the effective date and billing impact before any change.
How is live assistance billed?
After the work, not before. We agree a weekly or twice-weekly schedule and you pay for the period just worked.
Do I need my own city accounts?
Public records can be imported. Agency accounts may still be needed to verify records, file documents or make payments.
Can I get my data out?
Use the available export controls to download your records. Google Sheets export requires a connected account.
