Terms of Service
Who provides the service
ComplySaver LLC provides ComplySaver, software for organizing property records, compliance information, renewals, utilities and team tasks. Contact support@complysaver.com for service or legal questions. These terms apply to the software; separately contracted human bookkeeping and assistance services are outside the software subscription.
Your account and responsibilities
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the properties and organization you manage. Keep your login and vault credentials secure, grant team access carefully, and supply accurate information. You retain ownership of your uploaded content and permit us and our service providers to process it to operate the features you use.
Agency records and reminders
ComplySaver is not a government agency, legal adviser or filing service. Public records can be delayed, incomplete or incorrectly matched. Verify important information and deadlines with the responsible agency. Reminders and synchronization assist your work but do not guarantee compliance, delivery of every notification or continuous third-party connectivity.
Subscriptions and payments
Published software prices are in USD per month. Any paid purchase must display the plan, billing interval, applicable taxes and final total before payment. Where Paddle processes a purchase, Paddle acts as merchant of record and its buyer terms also apply. A monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Creating an account alone does not purchase a plan. No payment checkout is available until billing is activated.
Cancellation and price changes
Request cancellation through the purchase-management link in your Paddle receipt, where available, or email support@complysaver.com with your account email and order reference before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period unless a refund or account suspension ends it earlier. A cancellation request is not automatically a refund. Material price changes will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, misuse other people’s credentials, upload unlawful content, evade security controls or disrupt the service. Do not upload payment-card security codes or PINs. We may restrict access for security incidents, unlawful use or unpaid subscriptions, with notice where practicable.
Service availability and liability
We take reasonable care to operate the service, but availability also depends on hosting, agency and connected-account providers. To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us promptly about service failures so we can investigate and address them.
Ending your account and changes
You may request account closure and data deletion by email. Export needed records first. Cancelling billing and deleting an account are separate actions. We may retain records required for legal, financial or security obligations as described in our privacy policy. We will publish updated terms here and communicate material changes to existing users.
