Security & Account Controls

Authentication and access

ComplySaver uses Supabase authentication and database row-level access controls. Private account records are scoped to authorized users. Public agency datasets may be shared because they contain public records. Owner diagnostics and server-held connection configuration have separate access restrictions.

Protect your account

Use a strong, unique password and protect your email account. Settings provides a password-reset email and an option to revoke other sign-in sessions. Revoked sessions cannot renew, but already issued access tokens can remain valid until they expire. Remove access for former team members and revoke unused Google or Microsoft permissions.

Vault and documents

Vault and connector secrets are stored encrypted. Lock the vault when finished and never store card PINs or security codes. Upload only information you are authorized to handle. Document-processing providers may receive files when you use configured extraction features, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Payment safety

Paddle billing, once activated, uses Paddle’s checkout and payment handling. Do not email card details or enter them in a support message. A signed payment receipt or client-side success screen alone must not be used to grant subscription access; billing activation requires verified server-side payment events.

Report a concern

Email support@complysaver.com with the affected feature, time and a description. Do not include passwords, tokens or sensitive attachments unless a secure exchange has been arranged. We investigate reported concerns and may restrict affected features while protecting users. This page does not claim a security certification or guarantee that all incidents can be prevented.
