Privacy Policy
Controller and contact
ComplySaver LLC is responsible for the personal information processed to provide ComplySaver. Contact support@complysaver.com for privacy, access, correction or deletion requests.
Information we process
We process account details, property addresses and identifiers, uploaded documents and images, renewal and utility records, task conversations, team contact details and information you place in the credential vault. When you enable integrations, we process the permissions and connected-account information needed for those features. We also process operational and security information needed to investigate failures and protect the service.
Purpose and legal basis
We use information to provide the service you request, manage your account, synchronize selected data, send task messages and reminders, answer support requests and secure our systems. Where applicable, these purposes rely on performance of our contract, your consent for optional connections, legitimate interests in service security and legal obligations. You can disconnect integrations in Settings or revoke access at the provider.
Connected Google and Microsoft services
Optional Google features access authorized Gmail messages and attachments, calendar events or spreadsheets to provide the inbox, utility processing, reminders and export features you request. Building images may use Google Maps or Street View. Microsoft may provide sign-in when enabled. We do not sell connected-account information or use it for advertising. Disconnecting stops future access through that connection; imported records are handled under the retention policy below.
Service providers and documents
Cloudflare hosts the service and Supabase provides authentication and data storage. Google, Microsoft and integration infrastructure including the Lovable connector gateway may process data for enabled features. If configured and used, document extraction can send uploaded bills or images to Anthropic or Parseur for processing. Paddle processes payment and transaction information when Paddle billing is activated, under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.
Retention, deletion and transfers
We retain account records while needed to provide the service and for legitimate legal, financial and security purposes. Deletion requests require identity verification and may exclude records we must retain. Backup copies can remain until their normal replacement cycle. Providers may process information in countries different from yours; applicable transfer protections must be used where required. Ask us for information about a specific record or request.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy of your information, withdraw consent or complain to a privacy regulator. Email your request from your account address; do not include passwords. We verify requests to protect your records. Revoking provider access or deleting an account does not itself cancel a paid subscription.
Cookies and local storage
Essential browser storage supports authentication, security, preferences and vault session behavior. Third-party content and sign-in services may use their own storage under their policies. You can clear browser storage or block it, but account and preference features may stop working. Children under 18 are not the intended users of this service.
Security and updates
We use access controls and encrypted storage for vault and connector secrets. No system can guarantee absolute security. See our Security page for practical account controls. We will update this policy when processing changes and communicate material changes as appropriate.
